At KW Fitness & Sports Therapist, we strive to provide high quality online fitness and health support to help you achieve your goals. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our online subscription services.

 

1. Subscription Billing

• All online services are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to your next billing date.

• Payment is required in advance for the upcoming month of access.

 

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at kwfitnessandsportstherapist@gmail.com

• To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

• After cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

 

3. Refunds

Because our services provide immediate access to digital fitness content, programs, and/or coaching support, we do not offer automatic refunds for partial months or unused time.
However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

• There was a billing error or duplicate payment.

• You were unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our platform.

4. Trial Periods and Promotions

If a free trial or discounted introductory offer is provided:

• You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

• To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.
