About me- Kate Whitton

A devoted wife to my wonderful husband Sean, and proud mum of two amazing boys.

​

From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for all things sport and fitness. Whether it’s running, swimming, cycling, strength training, or taking on triathlons, I thrive on movement and love a good challenge. If it gets me moving, I’m in!

 

With a PGCE and a background in teaching sports, I decided to expand my skills and qualifications by earning my Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Training, and Sports Massage Therapy certifications. Now, I’m combining my passion for fitness, education, and recovery to help others move better, feel better, and live stronger.

 

Through this app, I’m excited to share my training knowledge, workouts, and recovery tips all designed to support you on every step of your fitness journey.
